Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 5 c
- dry mustard
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small can sliced mushrooms optional - 1 item
- shredded medium sharp cheese - 4 c
- herb croutons - 5 c
- bulk sausage, cooked - 2 lb
How to make brunch casserole:
Place croutons in greased 13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese and crumbled, cooked sausage. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour this mixture into the baking dish. It will be very full. Bake at 300° for 90 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
