Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls - 1 oz
How to make brunch casserole:
Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cover over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, pressing firmly perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
