Overnight coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- topping - 1 item
- Add sugar, eggs, sour cream and mix well
How to make overnight coffee cake:
Melt butter. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream and mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg together and mix with creamed ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle topping on top of cake mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Topping:1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. nuts, chopped Mix all together and sprinkle on top of cake mixture.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
