Brown sugar fudge
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 2
- melted butter or margarine - 1 c
- packed brown sugar light - 4 c
How to make brown sugar fudge:
Mix all together; bring to boil over high heat. Boil 18 minutes on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Put pan in cold water and beat for about 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens. Pour into buttered plate or pan. Cut when cooled. If it hardens too soon, just add a little milk to smooth it out, then put in dish.
