- cream cheese - 8 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make upside down german chocolate cake:
In a 9 x 13 pan place the nuts and coconut. Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour on top of the nut and coconut mixture.Melt oleo and cream cheese, mix together. Add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Do not over bake.
