Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 3/4 c
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- Marshmallow Creme - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir continually. Continue for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir continually. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add Marshmallow Creme and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into greased (butter) 9 x 13 baking dish. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
