Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- water
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- carrots, diced
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- celery - 1 c
- broccoli frozen - 2 pkg
- cauliflower frozen - 1 pkg
- potatoes, in cubes
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Mix water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Cook for 20 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Cook for additional 10 minutes. Add cheese and soups. Let cheese melt. Serve with cornbread.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
