Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped broccoli - 10 oz
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c - 2 Tbsp
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Cook broccoli, onion, oleo, salt and pepper together. Mix and heat chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms and milk. Next, add shredded Cheddar cheese and dissolved cornstarch. Simmer until hot.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
