Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour
• oil - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• plus 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
• ripe bananas, mashed - 2 item

How to make best ever banana bread:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Do not try to double recipe.
