Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- cans milk - 2 item
- bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onion, celery and mushroom in 2 tablespoons butter; salt and pepper to taste, add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Add to the first 3 ingredients. Mix, then add the Cheddar cheese. Simmer for about 15 minutes. May require more milk.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
