Ingredients/Components
- frozen broccoli, chopped and semi-thawed - 1 pkg
- block Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom - 1 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. Melt butter and cheese in medium saucepan on medium-low. Cook rice according to instructions. In large casserole dish, add broccoli, celery, onion, soup and cheese mixture. Add rice and stir until mixed. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Top with Cheddar cheese (optional).Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
