How to make grilled vegetables:
Slice the vegetables into long 1/4-inch thick slices. Toss in the olive oil and season well with the Southwest Seasoning on both sides. Place on a hot grill and watch carefully, they can burn quickly.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
