Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- bags frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 item
- Ritz crackers, crunched - 2 c
- minced, dehydrated onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. Mix together all but crackers. Put in 9 x 13-inch glass casserole. Saute cracker crumbs and 3/4 cube of butter in skillet. Spread over broccoli mixture and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
