Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- or 7 large squash, cross sliced - 6 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook sliced squash and onions until tender. Mix eggs and mayonnaise with drained squash and onions. Top with shredded cheese and then buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° in casserole dish.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
