  • pkg - 1 oz
  • water
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Minute rice
  • onion - 1 tsp
  • jar Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make broccoli casserole:

Boil butter, onion and water. Add broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Add rice and let stand 5 minutes. Add Cheez Whiz and soup; mix well and pour into 13 x 9-inch dish. Cook 35 minutes at 325°. Serves 10 to 15.
