Broccoli rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Minute rice - 2 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Saute onion in butter. Bring water and salt to a boil; add rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand until water is gone. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix onion, rice, broccoli, soup and Cheez Whiz in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
