Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- boxes frozen chopped broccoli - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1/2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Add to broccoli and pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix margarine with stuffing. Put on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
