- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium onions - 2 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and onions until tender; drain. Melt oleo in saucepan; combine flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook until bubbly; add cream cheese. Stir well. Combine broccoli and onions in 1-quart casserole. Pour sauce over; mix. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put bread crumbs on top.
