Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed - 1 pkg
- cooked rice - 2 c
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
How to make broccoli casserole:
Heat onion, Wesson oil and broccoli in large pot for 5 minutes. Add soup, rice, salt, 1 cup cheese and milk. Heat until simmering. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
