  • egg - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • green onion - 1 Tbsp
  • can fried onion rings - 1/2 item
  • frozen broccoli or fresh - 1 pkg

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli until tender; drain and put in casserole dish. Combine all other ingredients, except onion rings, and pour over broccoli. Top with onion rings. Bake 30 minutes in 400° oven.
