Broccoli casserole



  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 oz
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • onion - 2 c
  • soft bread crumbs seasoned, Italian bread crumbs - 1 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli and onion for a short time; drain and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and milk to make sauce. Break up cream cheese; drop into sauce. Add grated Cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth. Mix broccoli, onion and sauce in casserole. Melt 4 tablespoons butter; mix with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
