- butter - 1/2 c
- bag broccoli - 1 item
- stick Velveeta cheese - 1/2 item
- stick cream cheese - 1/2 item
- small bags Ritz crackers - 2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Boil your broccoli; drain. Melt both cream cheese and Velveeta cheese; mix with broccoli after they are melted. Put broccoli and cheese in a deep baking pan. Mix crackers and butter; pour on top of broccoli. Cook at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
