  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cut the eggplant in thick slices, carefully paring each piece. Throw it in salt and water. Let it remain there several hours.
