- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cut the eggplant in thick slices, carefully paring each piece. Throw it in salt and water. Let it remain there several hours. Take from the water; drain and wipe, then butter the slices of eggplant, dip in beaten egg, then in grated cracker and fry a light brown. Pepper.
