  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • boxes chopped broccoli - 2 item
  • chopped Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make broccoli bake:

Cook broccoli until tender. Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and eggs together. Fold broccoli into mixture. Put into buttered baking dish and dot with butter. Put crushed white crackers on top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
