Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated onion - 1 item
- boxes chopped broccoli - 2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Defrost and drain broccoli well. Mix broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, beaten eggs, grated Cheddar cheese, grated onion, mayo and half of melted butter. Pour in casserole dish. Top with small amount of bread crumbs and remaining butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
