Roasted rosemary potatoes

- pepper - 1 item
- large baking potatoes - 6 item
- to 5 garlic cloves - 4 item
- olive oil* - 1 item
- rosemary dry or fresh - 1 item
How to make roasted rosemary potatoes:
Peel and cut potatoes into eighths. Rinse in cold water; drain and pat dry. Put potatoes into a large casserole dish, making sure potatoes are not crowded. Add the rest of the ingredients. Toss and bake in a hot oven (400 to 450°) until potatoes are tender and thoroughly browned. Taste for seasonings. Delicious served with beef, veal or chicken dishes. Serves 4 to 6. Be prepared to double next time!!!*Olive oil is a must for the flavor and aroma.
