Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 6 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 6 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- Velveeta Cheese - 1 lb
- bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
How to make broccoli and cheese soup:
Cook broccoli. Saut?© onions in margarine. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Bring water to a boil. Cook noodles. Cube cheese and melt with 2 cups milk. Add remaining milk. Combine milk mixture, broccoli, and onions with the noodles. Season to taste with garlic powder. To thin, add extra milk or water.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
