Broccoli and cauliflower casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 24 item
- bag or 2 10 oz - 1 oz
How to make broccoli and cauliflower casserole:
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Combine vegetables, 1/3 stick margarine, cheese and 10 crushed Ritz crackers until cheese and margarine are melted and well mixed. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle remaining crushed Ritz crackers over top. Pour 2/3 stick of melted margarine over all.
