Basic meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- small tomato, chopped - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped green chilies - 1 Tbsp
- Shape into 1-inch balls
How to make basic meatballs:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Arrange in pan (do not touch). Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Serve with:Chili-Cheese Dip:8 oz. Velveeta cheese1 small tomato, chopped1 Tbsp. chopped green chilies Melt cheese in 1-quart dish. Microwave, uncovered, on High until melted (1 to 2 minutes). Stir in chopped tomato and chilies.
