Ingredients/Components
- cooked rice - 2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- chopped dates or raisins - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts or sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
- CREAMY TOFU TOPPING
How to make breakfast rice:
Combine rice, raisins and nuts. Add 1 cup berries, if desired. Top with crushed pineapple. May heat or chill. Serve with topping.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Cheese, Rice.
