  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • chopped dates or raisins - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts or sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
  • CREAMY TOFU TOPPING

How to make breakfast rice:

Combine rice, raisins and nuts. Add 1 cup berries, if desired. Top with crushed pineapple. May heat or chill. Serve with topping.
