Cornmeal mush
Ingredients/Components
- cornmeal - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 3/4 c
- boiling water
How to make cornmeal mush:
Blend cornmeal with cold water. Add to boiling water. Stir until rapidly boiling. Let thicken. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 30 minutes. Use in Margarine recipe, or refrigerate and slice to bake on cookie sheet at 350° until lightlRecipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Granola and porridge.
