Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- soy sauce - 1 item
- bacon, chopped - 1 lb
- chopped green onions optional - 1 item
- box Minute rice - 14 oz
How to make breakfast rice:
Cook Minute rice according to directions. Fry bacon and drain. Scramble eggs. Chop green onions. In large bowl, combine all these ingredients after cooking. Season with soy sauce to taste.Suggestions: Serve with orange juice and fresh fruit.
