Oatmeal pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- rolled oats - 2 c
- whole wheat flour - 1/2 c
- butter, melted and cooled - 2 Tbsp
How to make oatmeal pancakes:
Partially prepare the night before. Combine buttermilk and oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix together flours, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
