Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- shredded Swiss cheese - 4 oz
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- large or 4 small eggs - 3 item
- crumbled sausage, cooked and drained - 1/2 lb
How to make breakfast quiche:
Cook sausage; then add cheese. Beat milk and eggs. Add to sausage mix; then pour into pie shell. Cook 45 minutes or until firm at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
