Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- crescent rolls - 1 count)
- sausage hot - 1 lb
- frozen loose-pack hash browns - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- salt I use none - 1/2 tsp
How to make breakfast pizza:
In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent dough into triangles. Place in a pan, sprayed lightly with no-stick spray, with points toward the center (use 12-inch pizza pan). Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese.In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
