Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • crescent rolls - 1 pkg
  • frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
  • bulk sausage lean as possible - 1 lb

How to make breakfast pizza:

Cook and drain sausage. Separate rolls and place on ungreased pizza pan with points toward center. Press edges together, sealing seams, and press one inch up sides.

Spoon on sausage. Sprinkle with potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper; pour evenly over sausage. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. With fruit, this makes an easy "company" breakfast for six.
