Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- hash browns frozen - 1 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- Swiss or Mozzarella - 1/2 c
- cheese sharp Cheddar - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage until brown; drain. Spread crescent rolls on greased 12-inch pizza pan like a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle hash browns over sausage. Top with cheese (Cheddar and Swiss). Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
