Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 9 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt
- dry mustard
- grated sharp cheese - 8 oz
- Bob Evans hot sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread, cubed crust off - 9 item
How to make breakfast egg casserole:
Fry sausage; drain. In large bowl beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, dry mustard, cheese and sausage. Add bread last. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
