Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- slices bread - 6 item
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- shredded Longhorn cheese
How to make breakfast casserole:
Remove crust from bread; spread bread slices with butter. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and set aside. Cook sausage until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain well.
