  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
  • cubed ham - 3 c
  • cubed French bread - 7 slices

How to make breakfast casserole:

In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish, mix bread, ham and cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy and add milk and mustard. Pour over bread mixture. Drizzle butter over all. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

You can make a day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. This can be doubled.
