Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 3 c
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- cubed ham - 3 c
- cubed French bread - 7 slices
How to make breakfast casserole:
In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish, mix bread, ham and cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy and add milk and mustard. Pour over bread mixture. Drizzle butter over all. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.You can make a day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. This can be doubled.
