Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 24 oz
- Egg Topping:7 eggs
- Optional Ingredients: chopped ham
- bacon or sausage, cooked and crumbled - 1 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Egg Topping:7 eggs1/2 c. milk1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese salt and pepper Optional Ingredients: chopped ham bacon or sausage, cooked and crumbled Preheat oven to 400°. Combine potatoes, egg, onion and salt and pepper in pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper and fry. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over potato crust.
