Ingredients/Components
- sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread remove edges - 6 item
- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- half and half - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 6 oz
How to make breakfast casserole:
Grease pan with butter and place bread in pan. Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and salt. Pour sausage, blended with eggs, over bread. Add cream and sprinkle cheese over.
