Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese
- sausage or ham - 1 lb
- slices white bread, crust removed - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Cook sausage and drain. If using ham, chop. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch dish. Tear bread into small pieces over butter. Sprinkle sausage or ham over bread; sprinkle cheese over meat. Beat eggs and other ingredients. Pour over mixture. Chill overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
