  • coconut - 1/2 c

  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • black walnut flavoring
  • drained crushed pineapple - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread with pineapple:

Mix well. Bake in well-greased and floured loaf pans. Makes 2 loaves. Freezes well and keeps well. Bake at 325° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
