Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- plain flour - 3 c
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- black walnut flavoring
- drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread with pineapple:
Mix well. Bake in well-greased and floured loaf pans. Makes 2 loaves. Freezes well and keeps well. Bake at 325° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Pineapple.
