Ingredients/Components
- milk
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- can milk - 1/2 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- ham, diced - 2 c
- slices cubed bread - 6 item
- to 7 beaten eggs - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Mix bread, eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, Cheddar cheese, dry mustard, pepper and onion and let set overnight. In morning, add ham, celery soup and 1/2 can milk. Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan uncovered 1 hour at 350° or until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
