Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- can B & B mushrooms - 1 item
- toasted bread cubes made the night before - 2 c
- slices cooked, crumbled bacon topping - 4 item
- Place 4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon on top
- milk when using sour cream and mushroom soup - 1 c
How to make breakfast casserole:
Mix all ingredients and pour over bread and cheese in 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole dish. Place 4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon on top.
