Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- sausage, cooked - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- loaf white bread - 1/2 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or larger. Beat together eggs, mustard and milk. Pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight. Next morning cook sausage and crumble over mixture. Add mushroom soup and milk and pour over mixture. Add cheese. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
