Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- flour
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder
- canned pumpkin
- allspice - 1 tsp
- freshly grated nutmeg - 1 tsp
- raisins and powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pancakes:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Grease hot griddle with butter; pour about 1/3 cup batter per pancake onto the griddle. Flip when tiny bubbles appear. Pancakes are thinner than most and very moist.
