Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- slices bacon - 2 item
- shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 c
- large tortillas - 2 item
How to make breakfast burritos:
Cook bacon in nonstick pan until browned. Pour off fat. Drain on paper towel. Crumble and reserve. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan. Add tortillas, one at a time, cooking for about 30 seconds or until softened, turning halfway through cooking. Drain on paper towel. Beat eggs and pepper in small bowl. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in pan over medium heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring just until set. Sprinkle cheese down center of tortilla.
