Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- slices bacon - 2 item
- large flour tortillas - 2 item
- shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 c
- salsa or catsup optional - 1 item
How to make breakfast burritos:
Cook bacon in nonstick skillet. Drain fat. Crumble and set aside. Heat tortillas in 1 teaspoon of oil about 30 seconds or until soft. Beat eggs and pepper in bowl. Cook eggs in 1 teaspoon of oil. Sprinkle cheese down center of tortilla. Top with eggs and bacon. Serve with salsa or catsup.Recipe categories: Breakfast, North american, Mexican.
